I received my paperback in the mail today. 
I must say that I am very impressed with Jim's work on this training manual. Many may assume its a strength training book, but he goes more detail in this work. 
He talks more about training philosophy and the principles behind them, plus establishing new principles. He also talks about mobility work, jumps and medicine ball work, and conditioning. He also explains more detail about this, and I think this was what was missing in the previous books.

although he says the book requires an understanding of his program, he goes into great detail and he covers i think every training program hes every designed. 
i still havent read the whole thing yet. But I recommend getting a copy because I am not sure how Jim can formulate a better blueprint and place it as a manual. 
id say it is an all in one.

If you're doing BBB, this book will work for you also. It'll expand on the based BBB program. Wendler does a great job of fleshing out the details of the programs; pros, cons, who the program is suited for, and post program workouts. Its definitely worth the purchase.

It's 100% worth the purchase. The book goes over every template he has in detail. How to run each as leader templates and how many cycles to complete then how to run it as the anchor template and how many to do of each. 
It is better than all of his other books combined. Like OP said, he goes over the whole program, where he messed up in previous books, beginner programs, programs for fat loss, for size, conditioning, accessory work, prowler programming, programming Kroc rows etc. 
I personally feel it's the best to the point strength book ever written.

I've found the two days a week workouts 
Now I need to figure out the best days to train, perhaps Monday and Friday since I will be doing judo tues through Thursday

I just know 5/3/1 is always talked about as one of the most solid programs all around and I've never done it

It's really easy to understand for anybody with any basic knowledge. Realize it's a training book though not a workout book. It's a program that you run for the long term and change conditioning and accessory work to reach the goals at the time.

I really need to work on my squat mobility, wrists specifically 
It's painful for me to try to get under the bar and my arms/wrists on each side to grip it. I'll have to look up some flexibility work for that
